How does this type of Coaching work?

In the same way that one works with a Life Coach, we meet online (via Zoom) for 1-hr sessions (for either 6 or 10 sessions, depending on the package you choose). These can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your schedule, specific needs and circumstances.

Each session will be accompanied by a Workbook which contains content and exercises related to a particular topic. There will also be some form of creative activity integrated into the Workbook, usually involving either pen/pencil and paper (no fancy art supplies required!).

What will be expected of me?

The most important thing I expect of you is it to commit to being present, engaged and ready to put in the effort. It also means showing up for our sessions on time, in a location where you can be undisturbed, and turning off your phone.
I ask that you do your best to be open-minded, willing to learn and try doing something creative that you might not feel confident about.
You don’t need to have any previous experience or ‘talent’ as an artist, nor are any special art tools or supplies required for the exercises. If you happen to have some, that’s great, but you aren’t obliged to buy anything. I will provide a list of supplies that could be useful during our exercises, but we can work with just pen or pencil and paper, if that’s all you have!
Like anything in life, what you get out of it depends on what you put into it. The effectiveness of life coaching strongly relies on your desire to see things differently, to actively engage and participate, take responsibility for your own growth, and implement the tools and strategies offered during the coaching sessions
