I'm a coach, speaker and neurodiversity advocate, and I've spent ten years as a creative in the advertising industry. I know first-hand what it takes to do this job while neurodivergent with an adult diagnosis. I know that the things that make the industry hard for us are often tangled up with the things that make us good at it. That's where coaching starts.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE + SPECIALISED SUPPORT
I trained with Goldmind on an ICF Level 1 accredited programme, and I bring that together with a decade of agency and in-house experience to support ADHD and autistic people working in creative roles. Before that, I co-led Diverse Minds, the neurodiversity affinity group at Wieden+Kennedy London, and I regularly speak about neurodiversity at industry events, including the IPA.
I work with people 1:1, as well as teams and organisations through workshops and talks.
